We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Please contact Antio Design before shipping an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds and inspection
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, installed, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition may be ineligible for a full refund or may be subject to a deduction for loss in value where permitted by applicable law.
Lighting and installed items
Lighting products and other items that have been installed, hardwired, cut, modified, or altered cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right and cover the applicable replacement or return shipping costs.
Custom and personalized items
Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Made-to-order products
Many Antio Design products are made to order. Please review dimensions, specifications, colors, and installation requirements carefully before purchasing.
